I just wanted to let someone know what a great employee you have in Adam Schroeder. I was traveling through the area on business and stayed in the HIE on DeKalb Ave in Sycamore. When I got up the next morning I found that I had a flat tire on my rental car. I was able to drive across the street and Adam took care of the situation. He was friendly and professional and got me in and out very quickly so that I did not miss my flight at O'hare. It is my opinion that you don't need to change a think. You are doing everything right as far as I'm concerned. From the moment you step out of your vehicle to the moment you enter when the job is done. Everyone is so wonderful there! They remember you from the sale and they stop to talk and truly mean what they say and ask. I cannot imagine going anywhere other than Bemis to purchase a new vehicle and to have the service done. Recently we visited your dealership in Oregon and Sycamore, IL. We wanted to notify you of two outstanding sales personnel at these dealerships. At Oregon we were greeted by Mr. Dennis Braun (BBAM). He approached us and gave the first impression of an experienced, knowledgeable automobile sales person. But he was more than that. While introducing us to the Brian Bemis products that we might beinterested in, he captivated us with his friendly demeanor and constant attention to any of our questions concerning Dodge products. Mr. Braun’s attention to us was never interrupted and he emanates an aura of trust and integrity.

My wife and I then decided we would visit the dealership in Sycamore, IL. We barely entered the door when we were greeted by Mr. Tavarras Davis (BBF). We let him know that we were interested in the Ford Edge, and he promptly obtained one and thoroughly explained all the items that a potential customer would be interested in. He made us feel at home and at ease during our “introduction to the product” session. When we switched out attention to the Hyundai Santa Fe, he immediately focused us towards all of the benefits of this product. We eventually purchased the Santa Fe and would certainly return in the future for service and for the next purchase of an automobile. I have a 2006 Chrysler 300 SRT8 that was leaking fluid. Service manager and technician quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty transmission connector. Total time in the service department was about 90 minutes with a reasonable cost which is important because the warranty expired in March 2009. Since purchasing the car in March 2006, I only use Bemis for service...I would also add that I drive about 40 minutes each way the dealership for service meaning I have numerous choices with other Chrysler dealers, but elect to use Bemis exclusively because of the customer service. Keep up the good work.

Thought I would let you know that I traded in the Mercedes c-class I had (bought from Bemis Mercedes a couple years ago) to buy a Toyota Highlander this weekend (at Bemis Toyota). Darren Hoth did the sale for me and I just wanted to pass on that he was super helpful and a nice guy! It was nice to work with him. I know people are always quick to complain, but I thought I would try to pass on a positive note because they are nice to get and not sent often enough.

I visited your service department to have my 2007 Honda Civic checked out. The check engine light had come on while driving so I knew I better get this checked out. I was extremely satisfied with how Matt Bennett handed my entire appointment from start to finish. As I waited in the showroom I went and looked for Mike Massaro, my all time favorite sales person, to check in and see how things are going. Mike has always recognized me immediately and spent a few minutes checking up on things. He remembers all three Hondas that he has sold our family and makes sure to ask about my husband each time.
